«The Land of Giants»: architects created giants human statues instead of boring electricity pylons
Back in 2008, architects from Choi+Shine presented very unusual electrical pylons. The aim of the project was not only to provide electricity, but also to reduce the impact of the transmission lines on the environment of local valleys.

These electricity pylons really look like giant human statues. This form allows not to distort the landscape. Moreover, it looks so cool, do you agree?

The project, named “The Land of Giants”, has quickly attracted attention all over the world. After all, it is not often you may see the usual engineering structure, so successfully blended into the surrounding nature.
