Lake Berryessa is located in Napa County, California. In fact, it is the reservoir, which supplies hydroelectricity and water to San Francisco Bay Area. It is famous all over the world, but not for its size. On the southeast side of the lake there is an open bell-mouth spillway near the dam. It flows down the excess water and is actually a straight drop of 61 m. It is known as the Glory Hole.
